1. Returns
We offer returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you received a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us for an exchange:
We will assist you in processing the exchange and send a replacement item.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- If the product was damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
